Recipe for Palak Paneer: Sab se pahle aap palak ki dandiya tod kar hata dijiye fir patto ko achi tarah dho kar ek bartan me daale. Ab us bartan mein ek chauthayi cup paani aur chini daal dijiye. Ab us bartan ko dhak kar ubalne ke liye rakh dijiye. 5 se 6 minute mein palak ubal jayega. Ab gas ko band kar dijiye.
Paneer ke chukor tukde kaat le. Aap paneer ko tal kar ya fir bina tale dono tarike se tari me daal sakte hai. Paneer ko talne ke liye naanstick tava garam kijiye fir thoda sa teel daliye aur ab paneer ke tukde tave par daal kar dono taraf halka brown hone tak tale.
