    1. Aawla me calcium bharpur matra me hota hai jo sharer ki rog pratirodhak shamta ko bhi bdhata hai. Ise kacha bhi kha sakte hai ya fir paani me ubal kar bhi iska sevan kar sakte hai.

    2. Til bhi sharer me calcium ki kami puri karne me mdad karte hai. 1 chammach til me 80 se 90 mg tak calcium hota hai.  Til pees kar iska powder bna kar kha sakte hai ya fir ise salad me mila kar bhi kha sakte hai.
