    1. Jaitun Ka Tel (Olive Oil): Jaitun ke tel se malish karke neck pain ka upchaar kar sakte hai. Iske liye sabse pahle jaitun ke tel ko garam kar le aur halka garam rehane par garden ki massage kare. Maalish karne ke baad ek towel ko garam paani mein bhigo kar use 10 minute tak garden par rakhe.     6. Methi: Methi ke daano ko paani mein pees kar leep bana le aur din mein 2 se 3 baar gardan par lagane se neck pain dur hota hai.

    7. Burf (Ice cube): Agar neck par koi chot lagane se dard ho raha hai to chot wali jagah ko burf se senke. Iske baad kisi garam kapde ko dard wali jagah par rakhe. Neck pain ka ilaj karne ke liye is upay ko 20 se 25 minute tak din mein 2 se 3 baar kare.
