Seventh Day: Sunday

Diet Plan ke aakhri din aapko halka mehsoos hone lagega aur andar bahar se acha mehsoos hoga. Aaj ke din aapko sirf taaje faalo ka juice, 1 cup brown rice, aadhi roti aur sabjiyo ka sevan karna hai, sath hi dher sara paani pina hoga.
