  12. Puri neend na lena bhi vajan kam hone ki vajah hoti hai. 6 se 8 ghante ki neend lena jaruri hai.

      My friend there are so many things around us that helps to gain weight but what actually works is our dedication and passion in right direction and non stop efforts.
      As you said you have been trying from last two years but didn get any positive result, what i have to say is if we are putting our efforts and not getting anything appreciated then there must be some loop holes in our efforts and technique. Hard work is required but in right direction, so try to be have some positive approach with good technique.
