Step 1
Sabse pehle chilli chicken banane ke liye ek bartan le aur usme teel garm hone ke liye rakhe fir aadha anda le aur use achi tarah se faite. Ab usme 1 chota chamach makki ka aata , aadha chamach maida , thoda sa namak , thoda sa ajeenamoto , thoda kaali mirch paudar, aadha chota chamach siraka , aadha chota chamach soya saus, 1/4 chota chamach tommato catchup aur aadha chota chamach green chilli saus daale.
Step 2
Dalli hui sabhi samagriyo ko achi tarah se milaye aur ek mishran bana le. Ab tyaar mishran mein chicken daal kar 15 minute ke liye chod de taaki sare jaayke chicken mein achi tarah se mil jaye .
