    First Day: Monday

    Diet plan start karne ka pahla din thoda mushkil hota hai. Pahle din aapko sirf fruits khane hai. Aam, angoor, tarbuj, santra, aanar, seb, strawberry, kharbuja aur lichi kha sakte hai bas kela na khaye.

    Second Day: Tuesday

    Dusre din aap sirf sabjiya hi khaaye. Aap kachi ya ubali hui sabji kha sakte hai. Inhe tab tak khaye jab tak aap ka pet na bhar jaaye. Aap din mein 1 aaloo ubaal kar kha sakte hai. Sabjiya khaane se aapki body ko jada maatra mein poshan aur fibre milega.

    Third Day: Wednesday

    Teesre din aapko fruits aur sabjiya dono khaane hai aur jada paani pina hai. Aap jitna chahe utna kha sakte hai. Is din aapko aaloo nahi khana hai. Teesre din aapko apni body ka weight thoda kam lagne lagega.

    Fourth Day: Thursday

    Is din aap 6 kele khaye aur sath hi 4 glass doodh bhi piye. Kelo mein potassium aur sodium jada maatra mein hota hai. Pichle 3 dino mein aapki body mein namak ki jo maatra kam hui hai vo kela khane se puri ho jayegi. Is din aap ek baar soup ka bhi sevan kar sakte hai bas soup mein pyaaj, lehsun, shimla mirch aur tamatar hona chahiye.

    Fifth Day: Friday

    Is din aap tamatar, paneer aur sprouts (bhige hue chole, soyabean aur dale) kha sakte hai. Is din aap tamatar ka soup piye aur paani bhi jada maatra mein piye. Tamatar aapke shareer mein paani ki kami ko pura karega aur sath hi aapka shareer andar se saaf hoga aur uric acid bahar nikalega.

    Sixth Day: Saturday

    Aaj ke din aapko tamatar nahi khana hai. Is din aap sprouts, sabjiya aur paneer khaye. Is din aap soup aur dheer sara paani piye. Sabjiya khane se aapko vitamin aur fiber milega. Is din aapko apni body mein kafi ache badlaav mehsoos honge.

    Seventh Day: Sunday

    Diet Plan ke aakhri din aapko halka mehsoos hone lagega aur andar bahar se acha mehsoos hoga. Aaj ke din aapko sirf taaje faalo ka juice, 1 cup brown rice, aadhi roti aur sabjiyo ka sevan karna hai, sath hi dher sara paani pina hoga.

    Note: Agar aapko sugar, blood pressure ya koi aur bimari hai to apne doctor se salah le kar hi ye weight loss diet plan shuru kare.
